    Ingredients

  • 1. 3 to 4 tsp dry pomegranate seeds / anardana
  • 2. 1 medium sized onion, chopped
  • 3. ½ cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • 4. ¼ cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 5. ½ tsp cumin or cumin powder
  • 6. 1 green chili, chopped
  • 7. a few drops of lemon juice
  • 8. ½ tsp red chilli
  • 9. ¼ tsp turmeric
  • 10. ¼ tsp ginger powder
  • 11. ¼ tsp amchoor powder
  • 12. 3 to 4 tsp water for grinding the chutney
  • 13. salt as required
    Preparation:

  • 1. wash the dry pomegranate seeds well in water.
  • 2. add all the ingredients in a blender with some water.
  • 3. grind them till smooth
  • 4. Top up with some Olive Oil
