Ingredients:

  • 1. Ginger paste – ½ spoon
  • 2. Orange marmalade Jam -5 table spoon
  • 3. Soya sauce – 1 tsp
  • 4. Vinegar – 1 table spoon
  • 5. Tomato Ketchup – 2 table spoon
  • 6. Tamarind Pulp – 1 table spoon
  • 7. Thai Chilli Sauce – 2 table spoon
  • 8. Orange Juice – ½ cup
  • 9. Orange rinds – 1 tsp

Method of preparation

• Heat oil in a pan, sauté ginger paste.
• When the raw smell leaves, add orange marmalade jam, and mix well, when it become slightly hot, then add soy sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup, tamarind, Thai chili sauce and heat.
• Finally grate orange rind and pour orange juice and bring it to a medium consistency.
